The knitter and the woodpecker

I'm working on an essay about knitting for the woodpecker in our backyard. I've been itchy to draw so did some illustratios/sketches to push me along.

I love the knitting illustration especially. I didn't realize this was done on the computer. Cool.
Also, we met your friend Anne at Kindling Words and she's so nice. I love the story how she met her husband.

I would love to try illustrators Friday. I need some motivation to try something different.

Love the woodpecker. He looks like he's about to dance, or just finished. I finally went snowshoeing today. There were lots of coyote prints. I kept turning around to watch my back! Not many birds out today.
